  • Close into a 2x3 rectangle with
    • two stacks of two tiles in the East positions
    • the South-West tile is of type backslash
    • six tiles are located at the first floor, two tiles (East) are located at the second floor
  • Rotate down 180 degrees with a mountain fold the two West tiles, obtaining a 2x2 square
  • Slightly open in 3D with the following hingings
    • North-East stack: north side Revert North with South from here on if this is not possible
    • South-East stack: east side
    • North-West stack: west side
    • South-West stack: south side
    • mountain fold 180 degrees between the NW and NE tiles
    • mountain fold 90 degrees between the NE and SE tiles,
    • mountain fold 90 degrees between the SW and SE tiles,
    • valley fold 90 degrees between the NW and SW tiles
  • End up with a cube having two stacks of two tiles in opposite sides (West and East)
  • The flap in the East stack can be rotated 270 degrees against the upper side of the cube
  • Reopen by changing the hinging side in the West stack into the final shape
